What ages do you care for?
We care for children from infancy up to 12 years old. Babies, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age kids each get care and activities that fit their age.
Is Kingdom Kids a school or a learning program?
No. Kingdom Kids is a childcare center. Our main job is keeping your child safe, fed, rested and happy while you're at work. We do mix simple learning into the day, like stories, songs, colors and letters, and homework time for older kids, but it's part of play, not a set curriculum.
What does a typical day look like?
Kids arrive and settle in with free play, then enjoy the breakfast or morning snack their parents packed. The morning is a mix of story time, arts and crafts, music, outdoor play when the weather allows, and simple learning games. After lunch it's rest time, followed by a packed afternoon snack from home, more play and quiet activities, and pickup. School-age children get time for homework, games and outdoor play.
When is nap time?
Every child gets a calm, quiet rest period after lunch. Infants nap on their own schedule throughout the day. Toddlers and preschoolers have a set nap time with their own resting space. Older kids who don't nap have quiet time with books or calm activities so the younger ones can sleep.
What educational activities do you include?
We keep it fun and age-appropriate. Younger kids do things like reading together, counting, shapes and colors, puzzles, and building fine motor skills with crafts. School-age kids get help and quiet space for homework. Learning happens through play, and caring for your child always comes first.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Kingdom Kids doesn't provide meals, so please pack whatever food and snacks your child will want during the day. You're welcome to send anything your child enjoys. If something you pack might contain a common allergen like peanuts or tree nuts, just give us a heads-up so we can keep every child safe.
